1. Returns

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, and unused, with tags still attached.
  • You have your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll send you a return authorization and further instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, and include any accessories or documents. You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as a return. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the exchange and send out your new item.

5. Non-Returnable Items
